What is hpnicfDot11RdWmmEcwMin?
Sets the minimum contention window exponent (ECWmin) for one access category on a specific AP-serial/radio-ID-scoped radio, and must be smaller than the corresponding ECWmax in this same table. An admin tunes this per-AC in the AP-serial-indexed table to control backoff aggressiveness for that radio's traffic classes.
