Reports the current state of a DLDP neighbor discovered on a port. Admins use it to see whether a specific neighbor relationship is healthy or in some abnormal condition, which is key to diagnosing a suspected unidirectional link. An abnormal neighbor state reported here for a given neighbor entry would guide the admin toward checking that specific neighboring device and the fiber connecting to it.
