The percentage threshold (0-100) for average IP address usage of a DHCP pool over a 5-minute window; crossing it triggers the hpnicfDHCPServerAvgIpUsageOverflow trap. An admin lowers this to get earlier warning of a pool trending toward exhaustion rather than waiting for it to actually run out.
