What is hpnicfdot1xpaeportAuthAdminStatus?
This setting is the administrative enable/disable switch for 802.1X port access control on a given port. An admin uses it to turn 802.1X authentication on or off per port, for example enabling it only on user-facing access ports while leaving uplinks open. Setting it to enabled(1) on port 5 means any device plugging into that port must authenticate before its traffic is forwarded.
