The current state of the adjacency with this neighbor, from down(1) through attempt, init, twoWay, exchangeStart, exchange, loading, up to full(8) meaning the adjacency is fully synchronized. Admins watch this to diagnose stuck or flapping OSPF adjacencies; a neighbor stuck below full usually indicates a mismatch (MTU, authentication, hello timers) or an underlying link problem.
