What is hpicfVrrpVrTransferControl?

This boolean object acts as a one-shot trigger that tells a virtual router owner to immediately take control of its virtual IP address. Reading it always returns false, since it represents an action rather than a stored state, so administrators use it to force an on-demand failback to the owner outside of normal preemption timing. For example, an admin might set this to true during a maintenance window to manually hand mastership back to the primary router.
