What is hpicfVrrpVrMode?

This object records whether a given virtual router instance is configured as the owner of the virtual IP address or as a backup. It starts out uninitialized when the virtual router is first created, and an administrator cannot set it back to that state once assigned. For example, the router that actually owns the virtual IP's real address would be configured as owner(1), while other routers sharing that VRRP group are set to backup(2).
