What is hpicfUdldPortAdminStatus?
This read-write value enables or disables UDLD on a specific port, indexed by ifIndex, with enable(1) turning the feature on and disable(2) turning it off. Admins set this per port to control exactly which links are monitored for unidirectional faults, typically enabling it on fiber uplinks where mismatched transmit/receive pairs are a real risk. For example, an admin would set this to enable(1) on a pair of switches connected by fiber to catch a miswired strand before it causes a spanning-tree loop.
