This RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of a row in the hpicfTlsMinCipherTable, which indexes a specific cipher suite's enforce/disable configuration for a given application. Admins use it when adding or removing a per-cipher policy entry, such as explicitly disabling a weak cipher suite for a particular application. For example, an admin would set this to createAndGo while also setting hpicfTlsMinCipherConfig to disable(2) to explicitly forbid the des3CbcSha cipher suite for the webSsl application.
