What is hpicfMinKeySize?

This setting specifies the minimum cryptographic key size, either 1024 or 2048 bits, that the switch will accept or generate for secure management protocols like SSH, enforcing a security baseline so weaker keys can't be used. A security-conscious administrator raises this to 2048 bits to comply with modern security policies that no longer consider 1024-bit keys adequate, rejecting any attempt to generate or use a weaker key going forward. With the default value of 1024 bits, older or less secure key sizes are allowed unless the administrator explicitly raises this minimum.
