What is hpicfRAGuardPortBlocked?
This setting controls whether this specific port is configured to block incoming IPv6 Router Advertisement and Redirect messages, a security feature that prevents rogue or accidental IPv6 routers connected to that port from disrupting client IPv6 configuration. Administrators enable this on user-facing access ports where no legitimate IPv6 router should ever be connected, to guard against IPv6 RA-based attacks or misconfigurations. For example, an admin would set this to true on end-user access ports while leaving it false on the port connected to the network's legitimate IPv6 router.
