What is hpicfGppcv2PrRowStatus?
RowStatus controlling whether this individual rule within the named policy is active; only active rules are applied when the policy is enforced, so an admin can flip this to inactive as an on/off switch for one rule without deleting it. A newly created rule stays in notReady state until given a valid rule string via hpicfGppcv2PrPolicyRule.
