Description: The virtual LAN that this repeater is on. Note that setting this object does not affect the operation of the repeater in any way. It is a 'notepad' for management applications to allow them to record which VLAN on a connected switch this logical repeater is connected to.
What is hpGRpRepeaterVlanIndex?
A read-write field, ranging 0-65535, where an admin manually records which VLAN on a connected switch this logical repeater belongs to. Setting this value is purely informational bookkeeping for management tools and does not change how the repeater actually forwards traffic.
