Description: A signal indicating this VlanIndex has been deleted will cause this restriction to expire. The specified VID record must exist in the switch configuration for this policy to be set. NOTE: ExpireVidDelete is unused in this release; it is available, you can set it; but it is totally ignored with current processing.
What is hpFtrCoExpireVidDelete?
This holds a VlanIndex whose deletion from the switch configuration is meant to cause this restriction to expire. An administrator can set this to tie a restriction's lifetime to a specific VLAN being deleted, though per the MIB's own description this field is currently unused and totally ignored by the switch's processing in this release. For example, an administrator could set it to VLAN 50 intending the restriction to expire when that VLAN is removed, but the switch will not currently act on that setting.
