What is hpicfArpThrottleExcludedMacStatus?
This RowStatus object controls creation and deletion of an entry in the ARP-throttle excluded-MAC table, which exempts a specific MAC address from throttle enforcement. An admin uses createAndGo to whitelist a device (such as a router or server that legitimately sends bursts of ARP traffic) so it is never blacklisted, and destroy to remove that exemption. Setting this object to createAndGo for a core router's MAC address ensures the ARP throttle never filters that router's traffic.
