What is hpicfArpThrottleClientOverThreshold?

This object carries the MAC address of the client that just exceeded the configured ARP throttle threshold, and is included as a variable binding in the associated hpicfArpThrottle notification. An admin uses the value delivered in the trap to immediately identify which host is flooding ARP packets, without having to poll the switch. For example, a trap carrying MAC address 00:11:22:33:44:55 tells the admin exactly which client just tripped the ARP rate threshold.
