What is hm2AgentTimeRangePeriodicStartDay?

This bitmask specifies the day or days of the week on which a recurring (periodic) time-range entry begins taking effect, choosing from Sunday through Saturday, and the MIB notes the same day can be used in both the start and end day objects. Admins set this to define a weekly recurring schedule, such as one that applies every weekday. For example, an admin scheduling a rule to apply Monday through Friday would set the monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and friday bits in hm2AgentTimeRangePeriodicStartDay.
