What is hm2RmaOperation?
A global switch that enables or disables the entire restricted-management-access feature on the device, disabled by default. Enable this only after the rule table (hm2RmaTable) is fully configured, since turning it on immediately starts enforcing the configured source-address restrictions on management access.
