What is hm2MACNotifyInterfaceMACStatus?

This value reports whether the most recently reported MAC address on this interface was newly added to the switch's address table, removed from it, or falls into some other category, indicating a device connecting versus disconnecting. Administrators use this alongside the associated MAC address field to distinguish a new device showing up on a port from one that just left. For example, a value of added(2) paired with a specific MAC address would tell an admin that device just connected to or was newly learned on that particular port.
