What is hm2DosMitigationTcpSynFinScan?
Enables filtering of TCP packets that have both the SYN and FIN flags set simultaneously, an invalid combination commonly used to evade firewalls or fingerprint a stack. It's disabled by default, so an admin enables it to have the device drop this malformed traffic.
