Description: When enabled, all fragmented ICMP packets are filtered by the device.
What is hm2DosMitigationIcmpFrags?
Enables filtering of all fragmented ICMP packets, since legitimate ICMP traffic is rarely fragmented and fragmented ICMP has historically been used in DoS and evasion attacks. Disabled by default, an admin turns this on to have the device drop any ICMP traffic that arrives fragmented.
