Description: The maximum inter-solicit interval, in units of token possessions (i.e. token rotations).
What is tbSolicitCount?
Sets the maximum interval, measured in token rotations, between this station soliciting new stations to join the token-bus ring. A smaller value makes new stations join the ring faster at the cost of more overhead spent soliciting.
