Description: This time value determines the interval length during which no more than two Configuration bridge PDUs shall be transmitted by this node, in units of hundredths of a second.
What is hlsDot1dStpHoldTime?
Reports, in hundredths of a second, the minimum interval this bridge enforces between sending Configuration BPDUs, limiting it to at most two BPDUs per interval. This rate limit keeps STP control traffic bounded even during rapid topology changes.
