Description: The type of CRC used on the serial link between two bridges. Setting this object does not take effect until the next reset of the bridge. When read, the object retruns the last value written to it (which is not necessarily the value of the CRC type being used).
What is crcType?
Selects whether CRC-16 or CRC-32 is used to protect frames sent over the serial link between two remote bridges; the change only takes effect after the bridge is next reset. Reading this object returns the last value written to it, which may not match the CRC type actually in use if the bridge has not been reset since the last change.
