What is hh3cVsanRowStatus?

This standard RowStatus value controls the lifecycle of a VSAN table entry, and the MIB notes only three states are actually supported here: createAndGo, active, and destroy. Admins use it to create a new VSAN in one step (createAndGo) or remove an existing one (destroy), rather than the full multi-step RowStatus create/wait/activate sequence some tables allow. For example, setting hh3cVsanRowStatus to createAndGo(4) on a new hh3cVsanIndex value immediately provisions and activates a new VSAN, while setting an existing entry's status to destroy(6) removes that VSAN and its VSAN entry.
