Module: HH3C-STORM-CONSTRAIN-MIB

OID (symbolic): HH3C-STORM-CONSTRAIN-MIB::hh3cStormTrapThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.25506.2.66.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: accessible-for-notify

Description: This value is used to figure the threshold of flux in trap message. For example, when the trap is generated for broadcast flux exceeds upper limit on a port, this value is equal to upper limit value configured. And when the trap is generated for broadcast flux fell under lower limit, this value is equal to lower limit value configured.

What is hh3cStormTrapThreshold?

This value reports the threshold figure associated with a storm-constrain trap, equal to the configured upper limit when the trap signals a flux exceeding it, or the configured lower limit when the trap signals the flux falling back under it. An admin uses it to see exactly which limit was crossed without separately querying the port's configuration. For example, a rising trap for broadcast traffic on a port configured with an upper limit of 5000 packets per second would carry hh3cStormTrapThreshold=5000.
