Description: HH3C MIB for Server Load Balancing Group (SLBG) managing load balancer server group configuration.

Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.

What Is HH3C-SLBG-MIB?

HH3C-SLBG-MIB is an H3C proprietary MIB configuring Service Loopback Groups (SLBG), which direct traffic through a service card (e.g., for NAT or firewall processing) by looping it back onto a designated set of ports. Its group table, keyed by group number, records the service type provided by that group, while its port table maps each port to the group it's attached to and which group it's currently selected to use. As a configuration MIB it lets an administrator confirm a port's traffic is being redirected through the intended service loopback group. It is deployed on H3C chassis switches/routers using service-card-based traffic redirection. Engineers can download the HH3C-SLBG-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in HH3C-SLBG-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Supported Devices

  • H3C chassis switches/routers (service loopback groups)

Monitoring Examples

An administrator checks hh3cSlbgPortSelectedGroupNumber for a port to confirm its traffic is being redirected through the intended service loopback group before diagnosing a NAT or firewall processing issue.

What Can Be Monitored

  • port-to-service-loopback-group mapping
