This holds a string associated with this alarm entry, though the MIB source provides no description of its specific purpose beyond its name suggesting a symbol or label for the alarm. An admin would likely use this field to assign a readable symbolic name to distinguish this alarm entry in management displays, though its exact intended use isn't documented in the source. As an illustrative example, an admin might set this to something like HighCpuAlarm to label the alarm's purpose, though this is inferred rather than specified by the MIB itself.
