hh3cprialarmFallingThreshold
Module: HH3C-RMON-EXT-MIB
OID (symbolic): HH3C-RMON-EXT-MIB::hh3cprialarmFallingThreshold
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.25506.8.4.4.1.1.9
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: A threshold for the sampled statistic. When the current sampled value is less than or equal to this threshold, and the value at the last sampling interval was greater than this threshold, a single event will be generated. A single event will also be generated if the first sample after this entry becomes valid is less than or equal to this threshold and the associated alarmStartupAlarm is equal to fallingAlarm(2) or risingOrFallingAlarm(3).
After a falling event is generated, another such event will not be generated until the sampled value rises above this threshold and reaches the alarmRisingThreshold.
This object may not be modified if the associated alarmStatus object is equal to valid(1).
What is hh3cprialarmFallingThreshold?
This sets the falling threshold for the sampled statistic, below which a single alarm event fires when the value crosses down from above. An admin configures this so a falling alarm is raised only once per crossing, with no repeat alarm until the value first rises above the rising threshold and crosses back down again. For example, setting this to 70 on the same CPU utilization sample generates an alarm once utilization drops back to 70% or below after having been elevated.
