What is hh3cPortalStatHttpResp?
This is a running total of HTTP response messages sent by the device back to portal users, i.e. the redirect responses pointing browsers at the login page. An admin diagnosing why users see a blank page instead of the portal login would check whether this counter is incrementing alongside hh3cPortalStatHttpReq.
