What is hh3cPortalStatHttpReq?
This is a running total of HTTP request messages sent by portal users to the device, i.e. the web traffic that triggers a redirect to the captive portal page. An admin confirming that unauthenticated users are actually being intercepted by the portal would check that this counter increments as new clients try to browse the web.
