What is hh3cPortalStatChallengeResp?
This is a running total of challenge response messages sent by the device back to the portal server. Comparing this to hh3cPortalStatChallengeReq lets an admin confirm the device is responding to essentially every challenge it receives, rather than silently dropping some.
