What is hh3cPortalAuthReqNumber?
This counts how many authentication request messages the portal module has sent to the AAA (RADIUS) module on a given interface. An admin diagnosing why users aren't getting authenticated would check whether this counter is incrementing at all, which would indicate portal login attempts are actually reaching the AAA subsystem.
