What is hh3cMplsOamIgrEnable?
Per-LSP toggle (default false) that actually turns on OAM monitoring for this ingress entry; when true, CV/FFD packets are generated at the source and checked at the sink. Flip this on once the other row parameters (LSP name, detect type/frequency, reverse LSP) are configured, to start active monitoring.
