What is hh3cMplsOamEgrEnable?
Per-LSP toggle (default false) that actually activates OAM monitoring for this egress entry; when true, CV/FFD packets are checked at the sink LSR. Turn this on after the LSP name, LSR ID, LSP ID, and reverse-LSP fields are configured to start active fault detection at this egress point.
