Description: Exponent for WRED calculates the average length of queue. If 'hh3cIfQoSWredGroupType' is 'queue', the object is ineffective. What is hh3cIfQoSWredGroupWeightingConstant?

Sets the exponent (1-15, default 9) WRED uses to calculate the average queue length for this group, unless the group type is 'queue' (in which case the per-queue exponent in hh3cIfQoSWredGroupExponent is used instead). A larger exponent smooths the average length over more history, making WRED react more slowly to short traffic bursts; a smaller one makes it more reactive. It is indexed by hh3cIfQoSWredGroupIndex.
