What is hh3cIfQoSGTSQueueLength?
Sets the maximum length, in packets, of the shaping queue GTS uses to hold traffic that's being smoothed down to the CIR. A longer queue tolerates bigger bursts without dropping packets, but increases the latency added by shaping. It is indexed by ifIndex, class-rule type, and class-rule value.
