What is hh3cIDSTrapIPAddressType?
Indicates the address family, such as IPv4 or IPv6, of the IP address carried in the accompanying hh3cIDSTrapIPAddress varbind. It's included in traps so the management station can correctly interpret the address bytes that follow. A value of ipv4(1) tells the receiving NMS to parse hh3cIDSTrapIPAddress as a 4-byte address.
