What is hh3cFTIfApplyRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus column controls whether a given flow template group (basic or extend, identified by hh3cFTGroupIndex) is applied to a given interface (identified by ifIndex) in hh3cFTIfApplyTable. An admin sets it to active to apply an already-fully-configured flow template group to an interface, or to destroy to remove that application without deleting the underlying template definition. Setting hh3cFTIfApplyRowStatus to createAndGo for a given ifIndex/hh3cFTGroupIndex pair attaches that flow template to the interface for packet classification.
