What is hh3cEvbRRStatus?
Enables or disables Reflective Relay (RR) mode on the S-channel, which allows traffic between two VMs on the same physical port to be relayed back out rather than switched internally; admins enable it when local VM-to-VM traffic needs to pass through external policy enforcement.
