What is hh3cDot11ShortRetryThreshold?
This sets the maximum number of transmission attempts allowed for frames at or below the RTS threshold size before the transmission is declared a failure, defaulting to 7. An admin raises it to tolerate a noisier environment before giving up on a frame, or lowers it so failing links surface and get retried at a higher layer sooner.
