What is hh3cDHCPSWriteDataDelay?

The allowable delay, in seconds, between writes of DHCP binding data to the harddisk, defaulting to 300 seconds; a longer delay reduces disk I/O at the cost of losing more recent bindings if the device restarts unexpectedly.
