If the value of hh3cDhcpSnoop2IfOpt82CIDMode is 'userDefine', this object is set with 'ascii' automatically and cannot be set with other value.

The SET operation of this object must be with the SET operation of hh3cDhcpSnoop2IfOpt82CIDMode.

What is hh3cDhcpSnoop2IfOpt82CIDFormat?

The wire format of the Circuit ID suboption — hex(1) or ascii(2) — with undefine(3) reserved for verbose mode; normal mode always forces hex and userDefine mode always forces ascii, so this object is really only freely settable in verbose mode.
