What is hh3cBgpEvpnPAtrLocalPref?
This value reports the BGP LOCAL_PREF attribute associated with this EVPN route. Local preference is used within an AS to influence outbound path selection, so a higher value here indicates a route that internal BGP speakers will prefer over alternatives. For example, an admin comparing two EVPN routes to the same destination would expect BGP to select the one with LOCAL_PREF 200 over one with LOCAL_PREF 100, all else being equal.
