What is hh3cDeviceOUI?

This object holds the Organizationally Unique Identifier of the current device and is accessible only for notification purposes, included in all five notifications defined by this MIB. An admin uses it, together with hh3cDevSerialNumber, to uniquely identify the vendor and device that generated a given trap in a mixed-vendor management system. For example, the OUI value would let a management platform route hh3cUIMPinInvalid traps to the correct vendor-specific handling logic.
