What is hdr2CfgAlawMulaw?
Selects the voice companding scheme for the E1/R2 card: aLAW(1) typically used with E1, mULAW(2) typically used with T1, or auto(3), the default, to detect automatically. Admins set this explicitly if auto-detection picks the wrong companding law for the connected equipment.
