What is garbageCollectionStatus?
Current state of the garbage collection service, which reclaims space from deleted objects: waiting(-1), stopped(0), completed(1), ongoing(2), running(3), fixing(4), stopping(6) or disabled(7). If it is disabled or stopped, space from deleted objects will not be freed.
