What is mediaIndependentOutNUCastHighCapacityPkts?
The 64-bit version of mediaIndependentOutNUCastPkts, i.e. the outbound non-unicast packet total on a full-duplex link, sized to avoid wraparound on fast links. (The source MIB's own DESCRIPTION for this object omits the words 'non-unicast', but its position in the table (paired with mediaIndependentOutNUCastPkts/OverflowPkts) makes clear that's what it counts.)
