What is h3cFcZsSetZoneRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus column of the Set-Zone table, whose row existence itself records that a given zone belongs to a given zone set (the table has no other data columns). Admins create a row here (with active status) to add a zone to a zone set, or destroy it to remove that membership; the agent requires both the referenced zone and zone set rows to already be active.
