Description: The max speed upload in units of 1,000 bits per second on this interface. The value should between 0 and 100Mbps. If the value is 0, it means that the upload speed is only restricted by the physical line.
What is h3cEOCComUniUpLineRate?
Sets the maximum upload speed, in units of 1,000 bits per second, enforced on this UNI; a value of 0 means upload speed is limited only by the physical line. Admins use this to cap a subscriber's upload rate to their provisioned service tier.
